Quality is a process, not a promise. Here is exactly what gets checked, when, and by whom — so you know what you are relying on.

The three inspection points
| 1. Material inspection | On arrival at the line. Colour against the approved swatch, thickness, hand feel, defects and quantity. Problems here cost a material claim; problems later cost a shipment. |

What gets measured
- Colour consistency against the approved swatch, across the whole run
- Sizing: internal length in millimetres per size, checked against the graded specification
- Symmetry: left and right pairs matched for shape, height and trim placement
- Trim security: bows, rhinestones, buckles and metal hardware pull-tested
- Outsole bond and heel attachment
- Stitching quality, thread tension and loose ends
- Cleanliness: adhesive residue, marks, excess glue
- Packing: pairs per carton, carton dimensions, gross weight, labels and barcodes
Third-party inspection
You are welcome to send your own inspector or appoint a third-party inspection company. We will share the inspection schedule so you can plan the visit, and we will not pack until the inspection is done if you want to hold it.
A supplier who discourages inspection is telling you something. We would rather you checked.
Compliance and documentation
Compliance requirements differ by market and by material, and certificates belong to specific factories and specific materials — which is why we do not publish a generic certificate list that may not apply to your order.
Tell us what your customs broker, your retailer or your marketplace requires. We will confirm what is available for your specific order and materials before you place it, and provide the documents with the shipment.
Typical requests we handle include factory audit reports, material test reports, restricted substance statements, labelling declarations and certificates of origin. Nothing on this website replaces the documents issued with your actual order.
If something goes wrong
Problems happen. What matters is the response. If goods fail inspection, we tell you before shipping, not after. We offer repair, replacement or a price adjustment, and we agree the remedy in writing.
We would rather delay a shipment and tell you the truth than ship something you will have to explain to your own customer.
From enquiry to shipment in six steps
No stage is a surprise. You always know what happens next, what it costs and who is doing it.
Enquiry
Send style codes, quantities, target market and your required delivery date. If you have a reference shoe or tech pack, send that too.
Quotation
We come back with FOB pricing, MOQ, lead time and material options. Adjust the construction until the price works for your market.
Sampling
We develop the sample, you comment, we revise. Sampling is the cheapest place in the whole project to change your mind.
Order & Deposit
Confirm the order, pay the deposit, and we book the materials and the production slot.
Production & QC
Material inspection, in-line inspection and a final AQL check before packing. Third-party inspection is welcome.
Shipping
We pack to your carton markings, arrange the shipment from Ningbo or Shanghai and hand over the full document set.
Questions buyers ask us first
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a footwear trading company. We do not own a factory — we develop the styles ourselves and place production with partner factories around Zhuji, Zhejiang, China, then manage quality control, inspection and export documentation in-house. That model gives you a wider range and more flexibility than any single factory can offer, and you always deal with one contact, one quotation and one set of documents. You are welcome to visit the partner factories with us before you place an order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the style and the material. Stock constructions can start low so you can test a market; brand new developments need a higher quantity because the tooling and materials have to be booked. Tell us the style codes you are interested in and we will give you the exact MOQ in the quotation.
Can you make shoes to my own design?
Yes. Send a sketch, a tech pack, a physical sample or a clear photo with the changes you want. We develop the pattern, propose materials, and produce a sample for your approval before any bulk order. We do not copy protected designs.
Do you offer private label and custom packaging?
Yes. We produce under your own brand with your labels, hang tags, barcodes, polybags and cartons. Private label is a good fit if you run a franchise, a new brand or a high street multiple.
